Park House Residential Home is situated in Little Knowle, Budleigh Salterton.
Budleigh Salterton is an exclusive unspoilt seaside town at the mouth of the river Otter; it is situated between Exmouth and Sidmouth.
Largely constructed in the 1800’s Budleigh Salterton has always been a favorite destination for the discerning public.      

Park House was built in the early eighteen hundreds as a gentleman’s house, standing in two acres of land it has lovely gardens and lawns which are very peaceful. For several years it was used as a boy’s boarding school, much later it was converted into a hotel and used by many visitors to the town.  

In 1985 Park House was fully equipped to become a Residential Home for the elderly, although modernised, the originality of the house has not been spoilt.

Park House Residential Home is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, we are also members of the Residential Care Homes Trust.
